CALEXICO RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your Calexico purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on full-priced items that meet the conditions below.

In-Store Purchases

We offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase, provided items are:

  • Returned in their original condition with tags attached

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage

Please note, refunds are not available for change of mind on in-store purchases. Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions:
Final sale items, gift cards, perfumes, earrings, hair pieces, hats, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Online Orders

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for eligible full-priced items purchased online.

To arrange a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your return has been approved via email, please send your item/s within 5 days of approval.

  3. Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  4. Please include your returns form and attach the returns sticker to your parcel.

  5. Email your tracking details to our team so we can monitor your return.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchange Requests:
If you’d like to exchange your order for a different size or colour, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Once approved, send the item/s back within 7 days. Your exchange will be shipped as soon as your return is received.

International Returns

International customers must contact concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving their order to arrange a return. Please include your order number and the details of the item/s you wish to return.
All international return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.


Final Sale & Outlet Items

All Final Sale, Outlet, and Sample purchases are final. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless deemed faulty.

If a final sale item is returned, it will be sent back to you at your expense in accordance with our Final Sale Terms & Conditions.


CALEXICO SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Within Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200

  • Regular Post: $10 flat rate

  • Express Post: $15 flat rate

We use the Australia Post network. Express Post is guaranteed within two business days to metro areas only.
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.


To New Zealand

  • DHL Express (Metro): $45

  • DHL Express (Rural): $80
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.


To Rest of the World

  • DHL Express: $90 AUD

Please note that international customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times vary depending on destination.


Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Calexico is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.


CALEXICO FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

At Calexico, we pride ourselves on the quality of our garments and accessories. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Report a Faulty Item

  1. Email concierge@calexico.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the affected area.

  2. Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.

  3. If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • General wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, is not considered a manufacturing fault.
