Inspired by the prints seen on an African safari, this Oversized Black Snake tote can hold everything you need for anything you encounter during the day. Throw your towel, sunglasses, hat and sunscreen for a day at the beach or your laptop, notebooks and gym clothes as your head to work with a workout class after. Made from cotton canvas, this tote won't weigh you down. Keep it comfortable and adjust the cowhide leather handles. Then keep your absolute essentials at hand with interior pockets for your cell phone, wallet and then clip your keys to the attached key clip.

We are happy to exchange or refund your order if you meet the following requirements: For change of mind returns, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s by email to concierge@calexico.com.au. Once approved via return email, please post the item/s back in the post within 5 days, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Please send through your tracking information to concierge@calexico.com.au. For exchanges of size or colour, please notify us by email to concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item/s. Once approved via return email, please post the item/s back in the post within 5 days, otherwise we cannot fulfil your exchange. Please send through your tracking information to concierge@calexico.com.au. For faulty items, please see our Q&A about faulty items below. Please note that personalised items, gift cards, earrings, hair pieces, hats, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?
To initiate a return, please email concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Once approved via return email, the item must be received by Calexico within 7 days. Make sure to fill out the returns form you received with your original order, and attach the returns sticker to the front of your parcel. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (money will be deposited back into your account within 5 business days). To return your online order in store, please come visit our Brisbane location with your item/s (unworn with tags still attached), proof of purchase and the card you purchased the item with.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange your order, please email concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item/s with your order number and description of the item/s you would like to exchange. Once approved via return email, the item must be sent within 7 days of acceptance. We will send your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

AFTERPAY: If you purchased your item/s online using Afterpay, you can still return your item/s. Email us at concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number, description of the item/s you would like to return and please specify that you paid for your order using Afterpay. If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, the amount will be removed from your Afterpay plan. If payments have already been made, those amounts will be removed from you Afterpay payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded. It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit as Afterpay may charge you a late fee. Once we receive the item/s, we will process your refund. Refunds for item/s purchased through Afterpay usually take slightly longer to return to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Please contact our concierge team by emailing concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and the description of the items you would like to return. International returns are at the customer's expense.
